SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Situated on the West Shore of Harrisburg, the Penn State Health Andrews Patel ? Hematology Oncology Camp Hill office is seeking a Medical Office Associate (MOA) to join the team! This office operates during week-day/daytime hours, so enjoy your weekend, evenings, and holidays at your leisure!
The Medical Office Associate is a patient-facing, administrative role that will act as the first contact of the patient entering the facility. The MOA will ensure the patient is checked in or out of an appointment, handles scheduling, answers phones, and creates patient charts. They will also be expected to comprise various reports and handle end-of-day money/balances.
The ideal Medical Office Associate will have strong customer service skills, as the first employee to greet all incoming patients. This office is seeking an MOA who is empathic and organized to ensure a great experience for patients who are starting, ending, or undergoing treatment. Handling 80-100 patients a day, the MOA will be well-versed in multi-tasking. Teamwork makes the dream work at Andrews Patel HemOnc ? Camp Hill.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
High School Diploma or equivalent required
