Our rapidly expanding, nationally recognized cancer institute seek to hire two (2) full-time a dynamic, highly-qualified, board-certified or eligible Gynecologic Oncologist to join City of Hope in Southern California in the Department of Surgery, Division of Gynecological Oncology (visit the link for more information on the team).
(1) The Academic Gynecologic Oncologist for our main campus in Duarte, CA can look forward to providing patient-centered care in collaboration with a world class, nationally-recognized team of medical, surgical, and radiation cancer specialists and other health care professionals. Engage in the care of cancer survivorship patients, in addition to care of the regional population at large. We are seeking a new physician as every discovery we make and every new treatment we create, gives people the chance to live longer, better, and more fully.
Position Highlights:
Practice site is primarily at our main campus in Duarte, CA and also can include our local network sites.
Clinical work will include treating gynecologic oncology patients in the outpatient and inpatient setting, offering the most advanced surgical and medical treatments.
Opportunities to lead and/or treat patients on clinical trials.
Academic work will include groundbreaking research that advances the field of gynecologic oncology and teaching OB/Gyn residents and gynecologic oncology fellows.

(1) Gynecologic Oncologist (South Bay practice site)
Position Highlights:
Full-time hours working within an established team of physicians and nurses at an outpatient clinic site
Clinical Duties Include: 2.5 days clinic, 2 days surgery, and a 0.5 day administrative
Primarily clinical responsibility in the care of patients with gynecologic cancers and diseases
Salary Range: $300K - $500K. The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation will be adjusted for experience, training, hospital/community need and other factors.

Ability to grow a busy clinical practice
Collaborative with interest in teaching, research, and clinical trials
Academic record consistent with appointment at Assistant or Associate Professor level at City of Hope National Medical Center.
Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree and be fellowship trained
The selected candidate for the position must be eligible to obtain or already hold an active California medical license
Must be Board Certified/Board eligible in Gynecologic Oncology
