- Flexible Scheduling: 12+ shifts per month with options to tailor your schedule to your lifestyle.
- Competitive Pay: Earn between $300,000 and $340,000 annually, which includes base pay and quality bonuses.
- Shareholders Bonuses: Opportunity to earn up to $30,000 in annual quality and performance bonuses as a shareholder.
