The role you’ll contribute:
The Intermediate Business Process Transformation Analyst is responsible for helping teams identify broad opportunities to validate and transform existing business processes and design new processes when needed. They will do this by identifying, analyzing, documenting, cataloging and communicating processes needed to support the efficient use of a new product or service line. This role includes an opportunity to tackle both emerging and current business issues and drive change and innovation within the organization. The Business Process Transformation Analyst will participate in all major process decisions made by the departmental/cross-functional teams, and coordinate completion of workflow analysis and design. In addition, they will assist with the development of user acceptance test plans.The Business Process Transformation Analyst will have a comprehensive knowledge of facilitating organizational change efforts, the ability to analyze and understand process impacts on people to make recommendations that meet the organizational goals of creating and sustaining change. They will do this by applying AIT structured organizational change methodology, process and tools and will support change management activities. In addition, they will conduct change readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings to the project team. The Business Process Transformation Analyst will design and support the implementation of organizational change management plans including the change impact, leadership alignment, communication, and training plans, the employee impact and retention plan, stakeholder engagement plan and resistance mitigation plan.They will develop organizational change management strategies including Champion Team role recommendations.

oReviews training material for process inclusion.
oAssists with coordination of process and communication within go live activities
oCollaborates with Project Manager on Lessons Learned
oPartner with adjacent functions of Operational Risk, Compliance and other Teams to find synergies, learnings, and help to accelerate the pace of change across functions
oApplies AIT structured organizational change methodology, process and tools and supports change management activities.
oDevelops organizational change management strategies including Champion Team role recommendations and leads organizational change initiatives.
·Partners with Project Managers to integrate organizational change management activities into project schedules and manage and mitigate issues and risks.
·Collaborates with AHS teams to determine people impacts, and supports these teams to manage resistance and ensure people readiness.
·Manages Change Champions and provides oversight to their responsibilities.
·Identifies and manages anticipated resistance.
·Coaches executives and leaders at the facility through change effort to ensure project ownership along with visibility, alignment and engagement.
·Plans engagement recommendations and employs communication strategies to ensure successful project execution.
·Facilitates staff, champion, executive and small and medium group meetings.
·Supports the execution and achievement of sustainable performance of the change by champions, executives, leaders and other key stakeholders at the facility through post implementation.
·Leverages metrics and analytics to ensure reinforcement of changes post go-live to optimize adoption.
·Consult, coach, and support the project team through implementation, activation, go-live through post-live transition.
·Facilitates AIT Internal Project Initiatives.
·Leads activities which promotes OCM within the organization.
·Actively engages in Organizational Change Management Process Improvement recommendations.
· Mentors Associate level analysts.
·Coordinates the completion of required documentation (for example: flowcharts, design issue log, design assumptions) in relationship to process design.Facilitates cross functional team sessions and ensures that teams impacted by process change are included.
·Participates in all most decisions made by the departmental/cross-functional teams.Provides a bridge between the teams for decisions that impact multiple teams. Facilitates the process of decision making and assists the teams in securing the appropriate approvals for decisions. Works with the vendor Integration Architect to ensure that decisions comply with the organization’s process design as well as the Client System architecture.
·Communicates appropriately and effectively with team members and customers. Maintains awareness of management responsibilities and project status including any potential delays, situations or concerns that may affect their outcomes.
·Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the IT department. Automatically looks for extra work as workload permits.
Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
·B.A., B.S. in a field of study such as communication, social sciences, business, technology or healthcare related area.
·3-5 years change management experience and/or experience in managing performance/business process improvement activities, including analyzing clinical workflow processes using PDSA, Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous process improvement methodologies.
·Experience in creating communication (process maps, executive summary, and detailed business need analysis) for team and stakeholders at different levels of management
·High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and a strong sense of urgency
·Ability to manage effectively and work closely with business leaders in high pressure, fast paced, highly collaborative environment with multiple deadlines and competing priorities
·Strong business judgment and ability to understand and prioritize business imperatives
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
·3 years’ experience in management and facilitation
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
·Prosci Organizational Change Management certification between 3 and 6 months of hire date.
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:
·Member of Healthcare Information Management Systems Society(HIMSS)
·ACMP Membership or other professional organization related to job responsibilities.
·Lean Six Sigma Certification
