The role you’ll contribute:
Maintains the grounds in an attractive, safe and sanitary condition. Provides grounds maintenance in all seasons. Performs a wide range of routine landscaping maintenance tasks using hand or power tools or equipment.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Performs landscaping of grounds as scheduled and needed
- Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises
- Removes debris and takes care of hazardous conditions. Assists contractors/vendors with on-site events or maintenance
- Maintains all irrigation systems and notifies the Facility Manager of any major system problems
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- Minimum qualifications:
- High School Grad or Equiv and 1 years experience
- Preferred qualifications:
- degree or Technical degree in a related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience
- Two years of technical experience
