Position Overview We are seeking an Attending Diagnostic Radiologist to join the outstanding surgical service of the Veterans Affairs North Texas Health Care System. In this role, you will provide:
A full spectrum of image interpretation and image-guided procedures within Diagnostic Radiology.
Subspecialty expertise, with a preference for mammography skills.
Additional responsibilities include:
Contributions to quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
Oversight of technical quality and education of staff and trainees.
Committee participation to support the VA’s mission, values, and goals.
Ideal Candidates
Board Eligible/Board Certified in Radiology.
Completed a Diagnostic Radiology Residency or equivalent.
Subspecialty expertise needed in Body Imaging, Mammography, or Neuroradiology.
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 4:00 PM–8:00 PM.

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is the largest integrated health care system in the United States, providing care at 1,321 health care facilities, including 172 VA Medical Centers and 1,138 outpatient sites of care of varying complexity (VHA outpatient clinics) to over 9 million Veterans enrolled in the VA health care program.
