Mercy Clinic is seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join us in Joplin, Missouri.  You will share call and work closely with a large group of experienced physicians and 2 APPs.  We are an established, stable, comprehensive, and busy practice with many patients and diverse cases available. A full spectrum of urology can be performed here. Mercy Urology Joplin Offers:

• Focus on the area of practice you enjoy as we perform the latest and advanced urology procedures:  The main OR has 1 dedicated room with a mounted cysto table and Fluro. The ESWL comes once per week. 
• One hospital only with clinic, surgery center, and hospital on same campus! - Park at one location every day!
• Experienced clinic and support staff
• We offer comprehensive services including: da Vinci Xi robotics, laparoscopic urology, interstim, urodynamics, Holmium laser, ultrasound, pelvic floor rehab
• Up to four OR days per week
• 1:6 hospital call or better with APP support for calls
• APP?s support rounding in hospital
• Access to patients right away; high demand, proven volumes, ability to focus on any niche or specialty interest

Compensation & Benefits:

• Two-year guaranteed salary for ramp-up and then wRVU production.  Option to go off of guarantee after year one if RVU production is exceeding guarantee.
• $630,000 starting salary guarantee
