We are seeking a patient focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to collaborate with physicians to care for the Gyn Oncology patient population.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time, Day Shift 
• No weekends or holidays
• Primarily outpatient 
• Practice at IU Cancer Center University Hospital, IU North Hospital Schwarz Cancer Center, IU North, IU West

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide care to the gyn oncology patient population in collaboration with physicians and other members of the health care team in the ambulatory/clinic/office setting. 
• Maintain an advanced knowledge base and skills in health promotion and maintenance, disease prevention, physical and psychosocial assessment, and management of health and illness in the health care of individuals.
• Clinical care for post-op, survivorship, and surveillance patients; address any immediate triage concerns with an office or phone visit. 

Required Qualifications:

• ACNP, FNP, WHNP or PA 
• Board Certified
• Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of experience working with Gynecology Oncology patients
• Must have a fundamental knowledge of and ability to manage gynecologic cancers, and make sound medical decisions in collaboration with the Gynecology Oncology physician team
