Dartmouth Health’s Department of Radiology is seeking Board-Eligible/Board-Certified Radiologists for an exciting opportunity in our Body Imaging/MRI Fellowship. Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, the system’s central clinical hub and Academic Medical Center, is located immediately adjacent to bustling college town of Hanover, NH. Hanover is home to the world-renowned Dartmouth College and Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Numerous opportunities for professional growth are available, including in clinical excellence and in numerous other areas, depending on the interest of the candidate.
Fellowship Summary:
This one-year program is dedicated to the comprehensive study of all aspects of Body Imaging/MRI, including abdominal imaging (such as MR enterography, hepatic HCC screening, and staging using LIRAD criteria), pelvic imaging (including colorectal cancer staging, multiparametric prostate imaging, gynecologic malignancies, and dynamic pelvic floor imaging), cardiac imaging (gated wall motion studies), as well as neurologic and musculoskeletal imaging. The fellowship offers a flexible rotation distribution, which can be tailored to focus on specific areas or modalities based on the fellow's goals and interests. MRI facilities are equipped with 5 MRI scanners, including 3 x 1.5T and 2 x 3T magnets. Candidates who have completed this program have been highly successful in securing positions in both academic and private practice settings within their areas of interest. The fellowship provides experience in all aspects of Body MRI, beyond just abdominal and pelvic imaging.
The program runs from July 7th 2025 through June 30th 2026. We cannot consider applicants with a J-1 waivers, as it requires a 3-year commitment.
