Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician led and accountable 500+ provider multi-specialty group practice seeking a Family Medicine Physician(MD/DO) to work full-time at Meridian Health Plaza in Meridian, ID. Family Medicine providers at Meridian Health Plaza are dedicated to providing services for a full spectrum of patients to include birth to end of life.
Full-Time Opportunity
Traditional Clinic work week, Monday-Friday
No less than 34 hours of scheduled patient contact time
Practice call shared with eligible members in the SAMG Department of Family Medicine (currently 1:30)

With comprehensive healthcare services offered for the whole family and urgent care services available 7 days a week, it offers a multitude of services in one convenient location including: urgent care, family practice, sleep disorders center, orthopedics, sports medicine, lab draw services, X-ray, physical therapy, occupational therapy (including hand therapy), pelvic floor and low vision therapy. Diabetes care and education are located nearby.

Requirements:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree;
Successful completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program;
Board certified or obtain certification within 3 years of employment;
Obtain Idaho medical licensure to practice medicine in all its phases;
Valid controlled substance registration with Idaho Boards of Pharmacy & DEA.
