Are you an experienced HR Business Partner? Our team is looking for an energetic, strategic, forward thinking, thoughtful, collaborative HRBP to join our team. A strong candidate will have experience within the healthcare setting and have training facilitation experience. Talent Development experience is a plus.
This is a hybrid position in Colorado. Specific days in the office are not required, but the incumbent is expected to be available for on-site meetings as needed within Eagle and Summit Counties.
About the opportunity:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic advisor and consultant to leadership, providing expert HR guidance and support. This role works closely with client groups, helping to educate, advise and influence on issues involving, but not limited to: employee engagement and retention; employee investigations, manager/employee development and coaching; compensation planning; organizational development; change management; special projects; and data analysis and client presentations.
What you will do:
Provides Human Resources advice, counsel, and guidance to leadership of all levels of the organization, applying good judgment and establishing credibility.
Partners with department and/or functional leaders to align individual business unit goals and processes with Vail Health?s goals, policies, structure, and processes from an HR perspective to improve organizational performance.
Provides HR expertise and coaching in areas such as: talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, HR data analysis, and performance management (including employee coaching and guidance).
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Provides relevant metrics, analyzes trends, and translates data into actionable information to make recommendations regarding solutions to business problems, operational needs, and future opportunities.
Provides guidance to leadership in developing plans to improve workforce and career planning, employee retention and engagement, and process improvement, includes facilitation of the employee engagement survey, succession planning, exit interviews, and rewards and recognition programs.
Develops and deploys leadership development programs that support business unit objectives.
Assists HR colleagues in the implementation of new HR initiatives to improve employee and business performance.
Facilitates compliance for The Joint Commission regulations and Human Resources Standards.
Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
Performs other duties as assigned. Must be HIPAA compliant.

What you will need:
Experience:
Minimum three years demonstrated experience as a Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner required.
Experience as a HRBP in Health Care preferred.
Solid knowledge of personnel and labor laws, required.
License(s):

Certification(s):
HR Certification(s), i.e., PHR, SPHR, CCP, etc. preferred.
Computer / Typing:
Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.
Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
