The role you’ll contribute:
Under general direction, the Senior Manager Imaging/Neurodiagnostic Operations is responsible for the overall campus management and daily operations of multiple cost centers and business units.Assists in developing and monitoring budgets for assigned areas of responsibility.Ensures prescribed services are rendered in a manner consistent with established standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Supports departmental, hospital, and service line initiatives. Serves as a representative for Imaging/Neurodiagnostic on various committees, meetings, task forces, etc. Participates in staff in-services, continuous quality improvement efforts and all regulatory inspections as required.Monitors the quality of work completed to ensure quality and safety goals are achieved.Ensures the timely completion of performance appraisals.Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.

·Manages positive relationships within the Imaging/Neurodiagnostic department, interdepartmentally, with customers, and medical staff.
·Manages financial performance for assigned departments, as displayed by achieving financial goals including efficiency improvement and supply management.
·Hires, orients, evaluates, and coaches staff per assigned department.Maintains high staff engagement as exhibited by employee engagement scores/staff retention rates.
·Drives exceptional patient experience in assigned areas as exhibited by achievement of patient results.Accountability is based on the attainment of goals assigned, through collaboration, to the cost centers and business units that the manager oversees.
·Supports the Director in developing and implementing strategic plans for all aspects of assigned department operations.
·Improves quality by ensuring assigned departments deliver the right test to the right patient at the right time, as exhibited by on-time delivery of results and clinical quality measurement of imaging/neurodiagnostic studies.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare related field, OR 4-5 years of equivalent experience
·One (1) years of experience in a management/leadership role
AND
·Four (4) years of clinical experience within Imaging/Neurodiagnostic in a clinical setting
OR
·Five years EEG technical and/or Sleep technical experience
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
·Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
·Certification as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) through the American Board of Sleep Medicine (ABSM) OR Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT) OR Certification as a Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist (REEGT) through the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic & Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET)
