Position Description: As the Senior Manager, Product Enablement - MyBSWHealth Platform, you will lead a portfolio focused on developing platform-level capabilities that drive product go-to-market success, with an emphasis on products designed for and marketed to employers (B2B). Your scope will include building shared components and services that enhance the scalability and efficiency of MyBSWHealth's B2B product teams, as well as developing membership capabilities to ensure client success. This role reports to the Director, MyBSWHealth Platform. You will oversee multiple product squads and be responsible for hiring and managing platform-focused product managers. Candidate Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: Identify, hire, and mentor Product Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. - Platform Strategy Development: Define and execute a comprehensive platform strategy that supports multiple consumer-facing products, ensuring a cohesive vision across the organization. Identify key dependencies and product needs across the product portfolio that can be addressed at a platform level. - Quarterly Planning: Lead the planning process for quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for your portfolio. Ensure alignment with key stakeholders across departments to drive focus and accountability on strategic goals. - Product Enablement: Lead the development of core platform features and services that help product and engineering teams deliver quality solutions for their employer customers more efficiently and effectively. Closely partner with product teams to validate roadmap and prioritization decisions. - Platform Scalability: Identify and define shared components and reusable services to enhance the platform?s ability to support various existing and yet-to-be-launched business units. Closely partner with engineering teams to validate extensibility of the shared components. - Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape, informing product development decisions. - Stakeholder Management & Alignment: Regularly engage with key stakeholders like sales, marketing, product, engineering, human centered design and support teams to ensure the platform meets customer needs and business objectives. - Performance Monitoring: Use data and customer feedback to make informed decisions that drive product iterations and enhancements.
Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Dallas, TX (approximately once every 2 to 3 months).
Candidate Qualifications: - 7 years of professional experience in product management, with demonstrable experience contributing to one or more platform product teams - Demonstrable product management experience with a product and/or platform with a B2B GTM motion - Fluency in GTM and Client Success considerations for employer products or services - Proven experience leading teams and overseeing junior product managers - Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in digital health products (preferred) - Willing to travel to Dallas approximately once every 2 to 3 months
Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor?s degree, preferably in business administration, computer science, or related field - 7 years of professional experience in product management
