We have an upcoming opening for a pediatric dentist to join our thriving team at Jenkins Dentistry for Kids, a privately owned pediatric dental practice in the much-celebrated Kansas City area. With 3 locations and a fully out of network tongue tie division, located in the desirable Kansas suburb of Johnson County, we provide access to a large patient base, fantastic new facilities and a terrific team of highly trained dental assistants, hygienists, myofunctional therapists, admin professionals and of course amazing pediatric dentists! Because we are such a well-established and well-run practice, our compensation is in the top 1% of earnings nationally.

We build accountability and alignment into our culture through regular individual 1:1 and quarterly meetings and all-doctor group meetings to ensure consistency and transparency.
Our dentists have the unique opportunity to additionally serve patients at our sister practice, Midwest Tongue Tie Professionals, offering frenectomy and functional therapy services with our in-house myofunctional therapists. In addition to traditional clinical dentistry, the opportunity to grow in the exciting field of tongue tie and airway management is encouraged for our team of dental experts.

Position offers:
Full time hours (4- 5 days a week)
Compensation based on percentage of production, including hygiene, with high earning potential

OR privileges, in-office oral and in-office IV sedation with long-standing anesthesia team
Established full schedule of patients readily available
Partnership/Equity track available based on experience and tenure
