Pay Range: $46.07 - $77.40 per hour Rush salaries are determined by many factors including, but not limited to, education, job-related experience and skills, as well as internal equity and industry specific market data. The pay range for each role reflects Rush’s anticipated wage or salary reasonably expected to be offered for the position. Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.
Summary: This position leverages ServiceNow to develop workflows, configurations, customizations, and applications. Works with the business to customize/update complex software for computer programs, designs prototype applications, implements and tests source code, troubleshoots software applications and effectively execute the development plan. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.
Other information: Required Job Qualifications: •Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline. •Knowledgeable of ITSM workflow development practices and techniques, required. •Knowledgeable of HRSD, CSM and SPM workflow development practices and techniques, preferred. •Expertise in ServiceNow (or similar product). •3+ years' experience documenting requirements, designing and build in a ServiceNow enterprise environment. •5+years' IT experience working in related workflow tools. •Experience utilizing techniques and tools including HTML, CSS, SQL or JavaScript. •Experience with scrum and other agile based methodology of software development. •Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. •Analytical, multi?tasking and problem-solving skills.
