Summary:
The Recruiting and Sourcing Consultant is responsible for partnering with hiring managers to fill open jobs with qualified candidates, focus on brand awareness, reputation management, social engagement and lead generation-attracting quality candidates to help decrease days to fill. The Recruiting and Sourcing Consultant is responsible for establishing and expanding the Health System?s employment brand through a high level of customer service for all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process and will insure an excellent candidate experience. The Recruiting and Sourcing Consultant will collaborate with both internal and external partners to recommend and create campaigns and physician recruitment marketing content.
This position is remote.
Desired skills:
Prior experience using Canva, Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, or other software.
Previous experience using Hootesuite.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with both internal and external partners to recommend and create campaigns and physician recruitment marketing content
Provide a high level of customer service to key stakeholders involved in the recruitment process including candidates, physician leaders and system executives
Continuously monitor and improve the candidate experience
Develop and maintain advertising for provider or executive recruitment efforts
Analyze advertising effectiveness and implement new advertising and social media strategies
Actively utilizes social media to present culture and organization brand to potential candidates
Develops and implements blast email campaigns
Identifies and targets candidates through existing network/database, job postings, social media, job fairs, and networking events
Engages with candidates to bring them into the recruiting process, builds and maintains relationships
Develops and maintains recruiting materials, job postings, brochures, mailings, and more
Assists in high level recruitment for vacancies by coordinating job postings and evaluating ROI and candidate quality
Other Information
Other information: Education Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree; a degree in Human Resources, Marketing/Communications or related field is preferred. Licensure/Certification Requirements: ? No licensure or certification required. Professional Experience Requirements: ? Five (5) years of relevant professional experience.
