In more details, you will?
General Duties and responsibility
Be responsible for policies, procedures, and maintenance required for global database systems
Provide back up to TELD Coordinator
Provide support for training when needed for new TELD Coordinator
Monitor and report performance metrics report notable variances to senior staff
Be responsible for maintaining your complete up-to-date training file, ensuring you are trained and training is documented prior to performing a task. You will be accountable for any deficiencies found in your training file
Participate in team tasks related to planning, budgeting and cross CLS management team issues
Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality and productivity
Provide a monthly report to the Manager
Other duties as assigned
Testing Enablement Database Duties and Responsibility
Demonstrate proficiency/expertise in assigned database discipline
Once proficient in assigned database, you will be expected to learn additional databases across divisions within Testing Enablement
Support the TE Lab Database Administrators, global laboratories and remote sites to troubleshoot and solve database related problem
Build, maintain, troubleshoot global database definitions and modify appropriately
Be responsible for data entry of information in appropriate database
Be responsible for creating and maintaining test codes, result codes, cancellation codes, comment codes, units, conversion factors, analysis table, reference ranges, calculation, and reflexes, in appropriate databases

What we?re looking for
Laboratory Database Administrators are the most successful at Labcorp with:
A minimum of one year of laboratory bench experience
Medical Technologist degree preferred
Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work Independently
Attention to detail
Fluency in English, French is a good asset
