Job Summary:
JOB SUMMARY
Must have experience in designing and developing databases and application UI, performing code reviews and testing and creating technical documentation.
Experience with Jasper Reporting tools or other reporting tools to manage KPI.
Must show exceptional experience in implementing best coding practices to delivery quality code that is easy to maintain and meet industry standards and creating comprehensive documentation.
Excellent communication skills and involvement in design discussions and business requirements and identifying the relevant functional and technical requirements of projects.
Prefer experience with EPIC Medical Records System or performed work in related medical field with a full understanding of HIPAA compliance and Code of Federal Regulations. A strong background in Backend technologies like REST, API is required.
MS Computer Science with minimum of 6 years' experience

* Applications Development Standards and Procedures (Intermediate): Demonstrates mastery of the applications development standards and procedures in practical applications of a difficult nature. Possesses sufficient knowledge, training, and experience to be capable of successfully following applications development standards and procedures without requiring support and instruction from others. * Applications System Analysis (Intermediate): Demonstrates mastery of systems analysis tasks independently and without support from others for moderate to difficult applications, such as batch, on-line and event-driven. Has conducted all of the tasks and activities required to complete the systems analysis phase and participated in the process of fully designing, developing and implementing the system. Has participated in feasibility studies and cost benefit analyses. In terms of structured systems analysis, if applicable, has used data flow diagrams to define work flow and data structure diagrams to refine data base needs in a simple system. Has independently used structured English to define processes and has participated in data flow transformation analysis resulting in the physical data flow diagram of the proposed system.
* Applications System Design (Intermediate): Demonstrates mastery of systems design tasks independently and without support from others for moderate to difficult applications, batch, on-line and event-driven. Has conducted all of the tasks and activities required to complete the systems design phase and participated in the process of fully developing and implementing the system. In terms of structured systems design, if applicable, has knowledge of all the tools of a structured design. Has applied structured design tools independently to the design of moderately complex systems.
* Application Development (Advanced): Demonstrates expertise of application development tasks for complex applications. Has played a lead role in the conduct of all of the tasks and activities required to complete the application development phase and participated in the process of fully implementing the system. In terms of structured programming, has used structured code to produce modules of complex logic. Familiar with the basic principles of structured design as applied at the module level and has environmental knowledge of data structure. Is capable of educating others in the use of structured code and has been involved in directing the work of others.
