PIH Health is seeking a dedicated and skilled Manager for our Women's Center Medical Practice. This full-time, regular position is based at the PIH Health Ernest D. Wells Medical Office Building and offers a salary range of $84,302.40 to $139,110.40 annually. As a key member of our management team, the Medical Practice Manager will be responsible for the seamless operation of our clinic(s), ensuring that our patient-centered culture is upheld and that our organizational goals are achieved at the departmental level. The successful candidate will participate in budgeting processes and contribute to the growth and development efforts of the practice. With negligible travel requirements, this role is ideal for a professional seeking stability and the opportunity to make a significant impact in a healthcare setting. The Manager will be instrumental in maintaining quality control standards, interpreting and applying guidelines and procedures, and utilizing quality improvement tools and techniques. Knowledge of physician practice management methods and computerized systems
Knowledge of applicable clinic specialty
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong management skills with experience in managing and motivating teams to high performance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all members within the organization
Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on the patient experience
Ability to work well independently as well as within teams

Understanding of ICD-9 and CPT coding

Bachelor’s degree in health care, business management, or other related area preferred
Master’s degree in health care, business, public administration, or related field preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of progressively complex management experience overseeing operations in a healthcare setting
Lean training or process improvement training/certification preferred
At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a related field
High School/Equivalent as a minimum level of education
