Overview
Responsible for delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, documentation, implementation with Family Health Center.
Responsibilities
Documents assessments and instructions accurately. Consistently demonstrates safe and accurate technical skills. Demonstrates competency in the performance of all procedures routinely performed in the office. Triaging of patients is accurate and complies with instructions rendered by provider. Assessments of patients are accurate, consistently performed and completed efficiently. Routinely demonstrates proper technique in operating all office equipment. Demonstrates competency in providing quality patient care. Accurately follows provider directions. Handles all specimens using proper technique. Correctly labels and processes specimens. Insures proper preparation of specimens for lab courier transfer to Lab. Routinely performs all nursing duties in a clean and safe manner. All communication with patients, providers, team members and the public is courteous, accurate and professional. Performs all other duties as assigned in a cooperative and professional manner.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year L.P.N./R.N. experience. Minimum of 1 year L.P.N./R.N. experience, preferably in a Doctors Office.

Founded in 1916 by two physician brothers, Drs. James Beebe and Richard C. Beebe, the medical center in Lewes is a 210-licensed-bed, not-for-profit seaside community hospital. Beebe's specialized service lines include cardiac and vascular, surgical services, oncology, women's health, and orthopaedic services. Employed physicians through Beebe Medical Group and our affiliated physicians on Beebe's Medical Staff now serve patients from Milford to Millville in specialties including cardiac surgery, dermatology, endocrinology, family practice, gastroenterology, general surgery, internal medicine, pediatric neurology, and surgical oncology.
