OverviewInternships are a great way to gain experience in the career field you want to pursue, learn from professionals and develop skills and meaningful relationships. This position typically will be temporary in length and will work under the direct supervision of a department manager or designee. This position is geared towards high school students who have the long term goal of working in healthcare, and will introduce you to the healthcare setting. The position is responsible for expanding experiences and knowledge of practices and procedures as they relate to assigned department and area of study.
