Position Summary
PCH is hiring an Full time and Per Diem experienced Clinical Nurses for our OUTPATIENT clinic! The clinic is open from 6 AM - 5 PM; The clinic supports 4 patients at any one time throughout the day. Nurses will provide education, and care for the patients who come multiple times a week for treatment. Incumbent must have at least 1 year of dialysis experience or 2 years RN inpatient experience or 1 year RN experience along with HD CCHT (Tech) experience to be considered. Experience with Fresenius 2008 T machines highly preferred. Call responsibilities required. On call and weekend differential do apply. Must have at least 1 year of experienced as an Hemodialysis trained RN. New Grads will not be considered.
This position works in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient and family to promote patient health through delivery of professional nursing care appropriate to patients age and condition as documented in the nursing and medical plans of care in accordance with evidence-based nursing and patient care practice standards and hospital goals, values and regulatory standards.
Education
- Two year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in an RN to BSN program. (Preferred)
Certifications
- Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. (Required)
- Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association prior to start date. (Required)
