Radiology Services Assistant - The David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care

We are seeking a Radiology Services Assistant at our state-of-the-art cancer treatment center in Manhattan's Upper East Side, The David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care on E. 74th Street. This facility offers the highest standards of comprehensive cancer care delivered by MSK oncologists, in an environment designed to meet the unique needs of cancer patients and their families.

Role Overview:

• Work onsite and welcome and check in all incoming visitors\patients with excellent customer service.
• Answer assigned phone lines and direct calls appropriately taking and distributing accurate, complete, and legible messages.
• Perform administrative tasks to assist in the preparation of patient paperwork prior to the procedure.
• Assist in scheduling Radiology appointments and coordinating visits.
• Input and update data into databases as required.
• Maintain a clean, operational, and safe environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in Radiology Scheduling and with Radiology clinical application systems preferred.
• The ability to multitask, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Additional Information:

• Location: The David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care, 530 E. 74th Street in Manhattan
• Schedule: 4-day work week M-F with alternating weekends, 8:30am-6:30pm
• Reporting to: Supervisor, Diagnostic Radiology

Pay Range: $22.52-$31.13/hour
