OverviewThe Guest Services Receptionist serves as a role model for service excellence and improves the guest experience by providing caring and compassionate customer service to our patients, guests, and staff. The Guest Services Receptionist are the initial point of contact at key entry points. This sets the tone for a remarkable guest experience. The Guest Services Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients, guests, and coworkers providing information and way finding, communicating current hospital guidelines and policies, and ensuring guest oversight of assigned areas.
