BJC has an opening for a Business Manager in the Heart Center at St. Louis Children's Hospital. This role will work with leadership and providers at St. Louis Children's and Wash U. Ideal candidate will have healthcare and project management experience.
This is a hybrid position.
Must be located in the Greater St. Louis area.

Role Purpose
Provides financial reports, analysis and consultation to support the financial management of the department. May manage all material resources that support the clinical activities throughout assigned department. Collaborates with the leaders of the department. Coordinates, prepares and monitors clinical area budgets and the overall departmental budget. Identifies cost reduction strategies in the management of human and material resources. May also be responsible for identifying and initiating cost reduction strategies in the management of human and material resources, directing and coordinating technical material and human resources related to strategic information systems to achieve measurable business results.
