Typical pay range: $42.51 - $63.77 per hour ($88,420 - $132,641 annually), based on experience.

DEPARTMENTAL SUMMARY: The Information Services department helps improve the work of our caregivers by providing efficient systems, comprehensive training, and stellar customer service. We do this by taking pride in the integrity of our workflows, data security, and training delivery. We partner with our customers to best leverage various technologies to achieve the best patient outcomes possible by implementing new hardware and software solutions, upgrading existing environments, protecting the data we store, and integrating different solutions to achieve a seamless experience.
POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with department strategy, commitments, and goals. The St. Charles Applications Project Manager II ensures necessary elements of the assigned projects are documented, updated, and communicated appropriately to maintain an accurate record of project activities. This position additionally provides customer support and account management to assigned affiliates. The Applications Project Manager II prioritizes tasks, documents risk & issues, manages project schedule, and milestones to successfully deliver quality project outcomes on time, within budget, and according to scope.
This position does not manage other caregivers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
Leads the planning and implementation of projects.
Facilitates the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Defines project tasks and resource requirements.
Develops full scale project plans.
Assembles and coordinates project staff.
Manages project budget.
Manages project resource allocation.
Plans and schedules project timelines.
Tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools.
Provides direction and support to project team.
Constantly monitors and reports on progress of the project to all impacted parties.
Presents reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Presents and manages project evaluations and assessment of results.
Customer Relationship Management:
Facilitates account management activities for live affiliate partners.
First point of escalation for senior leadership of clients.
Develops, maintains, and collects standard toolsets for contracting, cost and invoicing process.
Supports effective participation of affiliate partners in all levels of governance.
Builds and maintains the portfolio of all third-party vendors and engages with vendors to manage contractual relationships and price bases.
Supports the working relationship between SCHS operations, IT, Epic, and affiliate partners. Manages inputs and feedback to continually measure and improve customer satisfaction.
Monitors and documents overall program performance, captures and collates key performance indicator metrics and benchmarking to gauge program success and identify opportunities for improvement across the program.

EDUCATION:
Required:Bachelors degree in Business; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred: Masters Degree.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION:
Required: Ability to meet St. Charles Health Systems driving requirements. Ability to travel to business functions / trainings / meetings for all St. Charles Health Systems affiliate worksites as required. Occasional overnight travel will be required.
Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Must have a minimum of three years of Epic or project management experience. Healthcare experience. Information Technology experience.
